3 wanted in robbery, beating of man in RV

Police are looking for three men who robbed an RV owner and beat him so badly he's now unconscious in the hospital.

ARLINGTON -- Police are looking for three men who robbed an RV owner and beat him so badly he's now unconscious in the hospital.

Police were called to the 800 block of Southwest Green Oaks Boulevard, near Matlock Road, Sunday just before 10 p.m. for an aggravated robbery call inside a recreational vehicle.

They found a man in his late 50s with serious injuries and took him to the hospital. He's currently unconscious, so he's unable to speak with police. His wife, however, called 911 after she said her husband called and told her he was robbed.

Surveillance video shows three men come up to the RV in the parking lot, and at least two of them are seen going inside through a side door. The victim was assaulted inside, police said.

Officials believe the motive was robbery and a firearm is suspected to be missing.
