Flower Mound's luxury market continues to sprout with this waterfront estate

Flower Mound is a growing market for luxury residences

Flower Mound’s luxury residential market is staying hot as a $2.5 million waterfront estate heads to the auction block.

On Aug. 4, Elite Auctions will hold an auction without reserve for 1200 Noble Way, a 1.02-acre property with direct access to Lake Grapevine.

Take a full tour here.

On the estate is a 7,993-square-foot home originally built in 1998. But don’t be put off by its age.

Alicia Chmielewski, marketing director for Elite, says the entire house has been renovated and offers a contemporary feel, from flooring to molding.

“You would think that it’s a brand-new home,” Chmielewski added.

The home offers modern features. In addition to five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half bath, potential buyers will find a kitchen outfitted with commercial-grade appliances, a game room with a wet bar, a media room with theater-style seating, and an outdoor kitchen with a high-end grill, smoker, warming drawers, coolers and refrigerators.

Other amenities include a kitchen island with a prep sink and built-in ice maker; a laundry room with sorting drawers, a sink, a computer desk and a walk-in closet; a covered patio; a second-floor balcony; a four-car garage; and a master suite with space for an exercise area.

Firepits, a gazebo and a six-hole golf green with a three-tee area and sand trap fill the outdoor spaces.

A path out of the backyard leads directly to Lake Grapevine, but if that’s not enough water access, 1200 Noble also has a pool, waterfalls and fountains, and koi ponds.

“The outdoor living is spectacular,” Chmielewski said.

The property has a price tag of $11.9 million.
