FORT WORTH — Two children died Saturday night in a car crash on East Loop 820 Freeway after another driver hydroplaned and hit the car they were riding in, according to the Fort Worth police.
Police wrote in a statement that the children and a woman were traveling in a gold Nissan Altima around 7 p.m. when the driver of a black Dodge Ram lost control of the truck and hydroplaned and hit the Altima, causing it to go through the guardrail and land on the service road near Craig Street.
The woman driver of the car has minor injuries.
