Inside Texas Politics began with Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price. Mayor Price discussed whether she’ll run for a third term in May. She also talked about the politics in Tarrant County. Mayor Price joined host Jason Whitely and Bud Kennedy from the Star-Telegram.

Ross Ramsey, co-founder and executive editor of the Texas Tribune, joined host Jason Whitely to give his take on the two Texans who might run for president in 2020. They also discussed the possibility that the Texas legislature will take up tax and appraisal reform in the upcoming session.

Democratic State Representative Eric Johnson (Dist. 100). Rep. Johnson joined host Jason Whitely to discuss the removal of the Confederate plaque on the wall in the state capitol.
