Motorcyclist killed in accident in SH 360, Arlington police say

An investigator at the scene told WFAA that the cyclist crashed into an SUV and was ejected from his bike.

ARLINGTON, Texas — A motorcyclist has died after an accident Wednesday night on South State Highway 360, according to Arlington police.

A Crash Investigation Sergeant at the scene told WFAA the accident happened at 8:46 p.m. in the highway's northbound lanes just north of I-20.

According to the sergeant, the motorcyclist was possibly speeding when he ran into the back of an SUV and was ejected from his bike. The motorcycle continued moving on its own, then was hit by a tow truck.

Police said the other drivers were interviewed, then they were allowed to leave the scene.

The motorcyclist has not been identified at this time.
