WACO, Texas — A Waco woman has been arrested and charged with murder and endangering a child in the death of an 8-month-old, according to the Waco Police Department.
Waco PD said 24-year-old Nichole Ann Green was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 26 after an investigation into the questionable death of an 8-month-old girl in October 2023.
According to police, after an autopsy report was completed, the child was determined to have died from "the toxic effects of methamphetamine".
Green was reportedly taken into custody without incident.
No further information has been released at this time.
