The arctic blast is arriving: Check your DFW Airport, Love Field flight status

DALLAS — North Texas is getting a strong dose of winter weather. 

An arctic blast is expected to plunge temperatures into the teens, and possibly lower, while wind chills will make things feel all the colder. And then there's the possibility for winter precipitation Sunday night into Monday morning.

So, if you're flying into or out of North Texas airports, be sure to give yourself extra time and plan ahead should any cancellations or delays get in your way.
